  Arcobaleno-rocks will accept exchanges and returns of unused clothing within 7 days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original until receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available in the country of purchase.

  Your return will usually be processed within a week. We will send you a return notification message to notify you once the return is complete.

  Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received in the original payment method after the return has been processed.
