B. Returns of Faulty Products
In case of any incorrect product shipment, which is due to our company, the incorrect products are returned by the consumer-customer within the exclusive period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the product and the return costs are borne by our company, the which must send to the customer the correct products-goods ordered by him, after the control carried out by arcobaleno-rocks.gr regarding the completeness of the condition of the product upon its receipt by the company.The customer only has to keep the product in excellent condition, completely untouched, its packaging intact and including the original contents and any accompanying material (thank you cards, labels, etc.). After returning the incorrect products to our company, the correct ordered products will be re-shipped to you without any additional charge.

C. Returns of Non-Defective Products – Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation of the Order by the Consumer
Canceling or modifying your order is only possible when it is marked “Pending” in your order history. In this case you can cancel or modify your order by sending a message to the special contact form on our website or to myarcobaleno.gr@gmail.com.
In any other case, order status “To be processed” or “Completed” your order has been transferred to the production department since all the products of our company are packed after the creation of your order.
You may withdraw from the purchase contract and return non-defective products if and as long as:

- Your Order has entered the “Processing” status and you have sent a cancellation notice.

Arcobaleno-rocks bears no responsibility in the event that you provide incorrect information. The return of the product is accepted only if the consumer-customer has first paid any amount incurred by arcobaleno-rocks for sending the product to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
In the event that the customer-consumer has opened the packaging or used the products, they are automatically classified as used and cannot be withdrawn. The transport costs are borne exclusively by the customer-consumer with the amount of €6 per transport.
